Note: Steps for form fill up
1. Fill up the form carefully and click SAVE buton
2. In the next part you may upload student's recent passport size photo[(.jpg) size 20KB] or you may skip this part and submit one such photo at the time of Interview
3. Automatically the filled up form will be sent at your e-mail account along with further instructions
4. The time & date of INTERVIEW will also appear at your email account.
5. Take print out of the FORM from your mail account and submit it at the time of Interview
6. Age for Admission
  • TODDS 2YEARS+ (A child born not later than 01.04.2016)
  • LOWER NURSERY 3YEARS+ (A CHILD BORN NOT LATER THAN 01.04.2015)
  • NURSERY 4YEARS+ (A CHILD BORN NOT LATER THAN 01.04.2014)
  • KINDERGARDEN 5YEARS+ (A CHILD BORN NOT LATER THAN 01.04.2013)

7. NOTICE - All admissions are PROVISIONAL and open to the students of other schools
  • Parents along with the student must come for the interview.
  • Total amount to be paid at the time of admission

    Science Stream : Rs. 8100= (Tuition Fee for April May, 2018)
    Commerce Stream : Rs.8100 = (Tuition Fee for April & May,2018)
    Arts Stream : Rs.8100 = (Tuition Fee for April & May,2018)
    (All fees are to be paid by A/c. Payee BANK DRAFT infavour of "St.Xavier's Institution"
    The Bank Draft or Pay Order will be on Kolkata only).
  • After the interview the list of selected candidates will be published.
  • All ADMISSION WILL BE PROVISIONAL SUBJECT TO THE FINAL RESULT OF ICSE EXAMINATION-2018. THE ADMISSION WILL BE STRICTLY ON THE CRITERIA GIVEN SEPARATELY ON THE NOTICE BOARD.

8. ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR CLASS -XI
For All the streams 65% marks in English is compulsory.

SCIENCE STREAM
  • For the students of SXI: 80% marks in Science Group and Mathematics together.
  • For the students of other schools:85% marks in science Group & Mathematics together.
  • Combination Subjects Available:
    a) Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry-Compulsory subjects.
    b) Computer or Biology

COMMERCE STREAM.
  • For the students of S. X. I: Minimum 70% marks in aggregate with minimum 65% marks in Mathematics.
  • For the students of Other Schools: Minimum 75% marks in aggregate with Minimum 65%marks in Mathematics.
    *Students obtaining less than 65% marks in Mathematics will have to opt for Business Studies.
  • Combination Subjects Available.
    a) Accountancy, Economics-Compulsory subjects
    b) Mathematics or Business Studies-Any one.
    c) Commerce or Computer

HUMANITIES/ARTS STREAM
  • For the students of S.X.I : Minimum 65% marks in aggregate
  • For the students of Other Schools : Minimum 70% marks in aggregate.
  • A student must get 65% marks in Mathematics to get Mathematics along with Economics.
    This is applicable for the students of SXI as well as for the students of other schools.
